Standards of Excellence

The following Standards of Excellence are the foundation principles upon which RCG was formed and provides its consulting services to its clients.

Integrity - that RCG apply as its sole ultimate focus the unbiased and best interests of each client.

Expertise - that RCG has or will obtain the requisite expertise for each client assignment and apply best practice principals to each engagement.

Action Oriented - that RCG provide consulting services that are feasible and action oriented and incorporate a client's organizational philosophy with its protection and cost of risk/insurance objectives.

Risk - that RCG and each client recognize that Risk is inherent and should be prudently identified, assessed and managed.

Jonah's Journey - that RCG recognize the firm, its engagements and clients at times must go through the "belly of the whale" to obtain desired results.

Wisdom - that RCG apply the decades of its professional staff's diversified experience in addressing issues and recommending solutions.

Values - that RCG maintain the highest level of values towards its clients, RCG's staff and third parties.
