President's Message

To RCG's Clients and Friends:

Risk Consulting Group was formed in 1986 on the foundation principles of a unilateral commitment to provide independent, unbiased, practical and professional consulting advice to each client. These principles are expanded upon in RCG's Standards of Excellence and are stated elsewhere in our website.

We recognize much has transpired already in this millennium and will likely continue. Besides social and economic issues, there are the long-term terrorist and current insurance crisis concerns. Responding to these issues and concerns and our consulting practice:

• We recognize it is especially timely that RCG apply its Standards of Excellence in assisting clients to maintain adequate protection of their organizational human, tangible and intangible assets and at a competitive cost for their insured and self-insured programs.
• We are called "problem solvers" and we know a client's engagement objectives are best met with client interaction and by identifying and applying practical and action oriented recommendations.
• We continuously strive to "raise the bar" in the consulting work products being provided to our clients with results beneficial to our clients and intrinsically to RCG and its staff.
• We highly value client relationships, and especially with the client management and staff with whom we interact with and respond to.
• We are committed and highly value the RCG staff that has continuously demonstrated their commitment, expertise and professionalism in meeting our Standards of Excellence.
• We seek opportunities to be socially responsible both through our professional expertise and our staff's personal commitment and participation in selected activities.
